Overview
The Competence Center Global Competence offers you a broad range of services related to the Cult Euro 1 Test for the measurement of Intercultural Competence. We adapt our offers flexibly to your needs and enable single as well as group testings, in presence or online.
Our Test Options
Single testings: For individual analysis and targeted development initiatives.
Group testings: Ideal for teams or bigger groups of people who want to strengthen their intercultural competences together.
Presence or online testings: The conducting of the test can take place according to the needs flexibly on site or online.
According to the individual need, we offer furthermore both tests in three versions:

After the test all participants receive a detailed competence profile which shows their intercultural strengths and development potential in different dimensions. These individual profiles enable targeted development initiatives in the personal or professional context.
In addition to the individual profiles, group results can also be prepared to analyze competences across teams and to derive targeted training initiatives. In addition, we offer the possibility for multiple testings to measure progress over longer periods of time.
Our test and consulting services are completely included in the offer of the Competence Center Global Competence. Based on the competence model of the Cult Euro 1 Test a comprehensive support for the enhancement of intercultural competences in different contexts.
To our services belong:
- An intercultural assessment center: individual and group-based assessments for the evaluation and development of intercultural competences.
- Intercultural coachings: customized coachings which are based on the results of the Cult Euro 1 Test and address specific intercultural challenges.

Application of the Cult Euro 1 Test
The Cult Euro 1 Test offers a scientifically founded and valid method for the measurement of general as well as German culture-specific intercultural competence. This is the first standardized and empirically validated test for intercultural competence
Module for General Intercultural Competence
This module is ideal for companies and institutions who want to prepare their employees for international contacts. It helps:
