Brief description

What can external or internal consultants contribute to companies? How can these contributions be measured and communicated? Students are able to critically evaluate the complex decision-making processes within companies in view of the consultants' contribution to the achievement of financial business targets and present the added value of a project for the company.

Remark on the assessment methods

The portfolio exam covers 100 points and consists of one presentation an a one-hour written examination. The presentation is weighted by 40 points and the written exmam by 60 points.

Exam duration and scope

Written examination: in accordance with the valid study regulations.

Portfolio exam: written examination: see above; presentation: approx. 20 minutes
